The MCs are the stars who guide the audience through the show. They’ll:

• • Welcome everyone to the event.

• • Introduce each act with energy and excitement.

• • Keep the audience entertained with fun commentary between acts.

• • Help make the night unforgettable for all!

Here’s the scoop:

• • Who can apply? Any 5th grader who wants to be an MC is welcome!

• • Does being an MC affect other acts? Not at all! MCs can host part of the show and still participate in other performances like chorus, solo acts, or small group acts.

• • How to apply? Fill out the attached application and:

• • Drop it off in the PTA mailbox located in the front office, or

• • Email it to ryananddottie@gmail.com.

• • When are applications due? January 21.

After you meet your teacher, make sure to stop by the PTA table, we'd love to meet and get to know you!

August 12, 2024 the PTA will be hosting a Newcomers Breakfast for all of our new families in the cafeteria, at 9am right after you drop off your kids at class. Come meet some of your Board members and Administration. This is also an amazing time to connect with other new families and parents of kids who might be in your class!

Come join us at our very FIRST assembly meeting of the year! Lets kick things off right! We will be talking upcoming events, budget, and all things PTA. You're not going to want to miss it, Meeting kicks off at 6:30pm in the Sunrise Cafeteria!

We will be having a working meeting, we will have sound baths, reminding us to take a step back and relax.

On September 18th, right after the Sound Bath meeting It will also go straight into a meeting about Talent Show, even if you aren’t planning on volunteering for Talent show stay and see what amazing things the committee has in store for this year! You never know how you will be able to help.
