MDC/MD37 History

We have now got the MD37 and MDC history ready for its Final publication. The introduction and Chapters 1, 2, 3 and 4 have been updated as of June 30, 2025. Our thanks to PDG Eric Buttle and PDG Dan Claypool for efforts in producing these history documents.
