Our theme for our state conference is "Community Schools: A Shared Vision of Hope for Wisconsin’s Future".
We are currently accepting presenter proposals for breakout sessions. Our goal this year is to center our conference on the 6 Key Practices for community schools.
We encourage presenters to submit proposals highlighting your work and impact on:
- Collaborative leadership, shared power and voice
- Expanded and enriched learning opportunities
- Rigorous, community-connected classroom instruction
- Culture of belonging, safety, and care
- Integrated systems of support
- Powerful student and family engagement

Community Schools Forward Framework
We encourage you to submit a proposal highlighting the impact you have had as it relates to one or more of these six key practices.
Partnerships are invited to submit more than one proposal.
The deadline to submit proposals is March 30, 2025.

We are inviting elementary school, middle school, and high school students who attend community schools to submit art showcasing
what it means to be a part of a Community School.
How to participate?
Create a piece of artwork (painting, photography, drawing, video) related to the theme “Community Schools: A Shared Vision of Hope for Wisconsin's Future”
Complete the Student Art Submission Form.
Including your name
School and city
A one-paragraph description of what the drawing represents and how it reflects the theme: “Community Schools: A Shared Vision of Hope for Wisconsin's Future”
Art medium:
All forms of art will be accepted. Included, but not limited to drawings, paintings, photographs and video submissions.
We ask that art pieces do not exceed the size of 11x14 and videos do not exceed 5 minutes.
Submissions:
Once you have art collected, please complete the form to submit the students name as well as a description of the art piece.
Form will be available in early 2025.
