Yearbook Photo Submission

All senior portraits are due by October 31, 2026.  

All senior portraits will be uploaded directly to Jostens using the following link: https://photos.jostens.com/XNDA8T

Be sure to include the student’s first name, last name, and grade (12). Ensure that you spell the name correctly. Please make sure your photo file is titled as follows:

         Student's Last Name, Student's First Name

         Example: Gustafson, Amanda

Senior Ads

Purchasing Senior Ads:

To purchase a senior recognition ad, your submission of your Grad Ad is due by December 1, 2026.  

You will purchase these at the same link where you can purchase the yearbook: www.jostensyearbooks.com. Simply scroll down to the section that says Yearbook Recognition Ads and click the button that says “Create My Ad.” 

This year, in an effort to create a more equitable experience for students, all senior ads will only be offered at the ⅛ page size. You can purchase one for your graduating senior for $50. Yearbook Ordering

Go to www.jostensyearbooks.com. Click on “order yearbook”. Type in “Sun Prairie” and make sure you click on Sun Prairie EAST. The yearbooks for East and West high schools are different, so it is very important that you purchase the correct one.

Yearbooks must be pre-ordered to be guaranteed a copy of the 2027 Yearbook. 

The price for the full-color book is currently $68 and will remain so until November 21st when there will be a price increase.

Yearbook Delivery

Yearbooks typically are delivered to the school in late May/Early June. When they arrive, an email will be sent out.
