Art Appreciation
Gr. 1-8

Art lessons for students in 1st-8th grades have moved beyond finger paints and into the worlds of van Gogh, da Vinci and Rivera.

We will be using classic works of art to inspire our students to observe closely, think critically and discuss respectfully – all key elements of the Common Core approach to learning. We will explore ideas, mediums and skills to deepen our connection to making meaning through art.
