"I gained some insight into how teamwork might benefit the entire squad as a senior with two years of experience in this sport. Understanding how to respect others is also essential to working together. But to be honest, I've had fun ever since. With all of the new skills and techniques that we've learned together, I get a little anxious each time we perform for the audience to see our talents and moves, but the team keeps us both motivated so we can keep pushing through our anxieties and working together as a team to overcome them. I remember that one aspect of the sport that I enjoyed was having fun, but I also recall that most of the time people failed and got back up, and most of the time we were injured and sore, but the coaches' screaming and serious attitude and words kept us together strong, which was amusing to see how most of us kept on talking, including me, who horse around, but I'm a say this WE MADE IT, and it was great working with the gymnastic team. Last but not least, I realized that Jesus had been with us the entire time. As a result, my relationship with him has become stronger as a result of gymnastics, and I want to thank you all very much."

Summer Workout Program

These are exercises you can do anywhere. There is no need for much equipment. Try to do a cardio activity (20 min) 3-5 X Week, Agility work 2-3 X Week, Plyometric exercises 2 X Week, Strength training 2-3 X Week. These are just some ideas. If you have a fitness club available to you, many of the strength training workouts can be completed there. Just remember .... If you are not strength training to fatigue, you won't get the desired effect.
