Click on "Items" and then choose "New Rubric".
You must a name for your rubric and choose the appropriate number of rows and columns as well. The course type and grade level are not mandatory, but are helpful in the searching process for future use.
After you have created the source (on the left-hand side), you are able to create banks (folders) that will allow you to put items into specific banks for organization purposes.
1.Click the global search.
2. Select "Item Source" under "Type" on the left-hand side.
3. You may need to enter search criteria and then press "enter".
4. Click "edit" for the item source of your choice.
5. Click "Add Item Banks", then enter the "Title" and "Description".
6. Click "Update" then "Continue to Edit" to add the banks to the item source.
You assign permissions to new sources and banks, or existing sources and banks.
Permissions set for a source will also grant the same level of permissions to all item banks in that source.
Permissions set for an item bank apply only to that item bank and provide no permissions to its item source.
