6. 업무계획(안)

1. • Week 1: Find leads and Schedule meetings with vendors

   • Week 2: Track orders status

   • Week 3: Coordinate with the other team member for orders that have been assigned

   • Week 4: Attend meeting with other staffs

   • Week 5: Evaluate the customer potential and build long-term relationship

   • Week 6: Negotiate and sign with the best or most-effective contracts and deals

   • Week 7: Gather and collect all necessary data

   • Week 8: Learn, analyze & improve efficiency tools for local procurement
