To provide full transparency, below is a detailed breakdown of the projected senior trip expenses and our fundraising structure. Travel and accommodation costs are calculated using group rates provided by our partner establishments, while final activities may be tailored based on our overall fundraising success. Our class income is generated through a combination of individual fundraisers and concession stand operations. To ensure the trip is fully funded, each senior is asked to earn 1,200 fundraising points. This individual effort covers approximately 60% of their total trip cost, with the remaining 40% generously supplemented by our collective concession stand proceeds.
