- Register for race day
- Pick up your t-shirt
- Select your design competition category (categories are "Best Use of Lab", "Notebook Masters" and "Best Theme")
- Make any last minute modifications to your car

- Team information including your Team name, Team number, Team member names and the design category your team is entering

Upon arrival, all teams will turn in their remotes. We do this to help avoid pairing issues and to save battery life. Don't worry, there WILL be a universal remote available in Pit Row for testing purposes.

Arrive at race day with BOTH batteries completely charged. There will not be an opportunity to fully charge your batteries at the race. You can thank us later! :)

9:30AM - Gates open! You can begin arriving at 9:30am to register and get situated. (Pro-tip: Skip the line and pre-register on Friday night! Scroll up for details. )
10:00AM - Opening remarks
10:30AM - Races and Design Competition begin:
- Secondary challenge track is up first! Elementary school teams will race first, followed by middle school and then high school.
- The main track race will immediately follow the challenge race
- The award ceremony will follow the main track race

- Bring your patience and can-do attitude
- Bring your own lawn chairs
- Bring sunscreen (and don't forget to reapply!)
- Bring your camera (and be sure to use hashtag #2020RCCar and tag @suncoastscience in any photos or videos you share on social media!)
- Bring cash for the cash-only food station
- Respect RC Car volunteers (they'll be wearing the blue t-shirts)

- Bring pets of ANY kind
- Interfere with your child's team. Parents should not be handling remotes or directing teams during races.
