Transcript Requests

Current students: Transcript request forms are located in the guidance office.  Please complete the form and return to the guidance office.  If you are completing the Common Application, you do not need to fill out a request for transcript form. (*Please note, we are not able to upload your ACT scores on the Common App)

Senior Final Transcript Request -

Graduating seniors were notified they must submit a final transcript request before we send final transcripts to their school of choice.  Transcripts are now being processed and will be sent to the requested schools by Friday, May 31st.  If your senior did not submit a final transcript request, they must submit the request online using the link below, and will be sent to schools the week beginning Monday, June 3.
