2023 Ellis Cross Country

Summer Practices: 

(TSSAA Dead Period June 26th - July 9th. No school athletics allowed)

• Practices will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 2:30-3:45 once school starts (see the schedule tab for meets)

• Parents must use sumner-tn.finalforms.com to register child and complete all paperwork and upload updated physical form

• Download the Stack Team App and ask to join Ellis Cross Country for all team communication

• Be sure to wear comfortable clothes, good shoes, and always bring your own water bottle.

• Team Fees will be $60 (due by the parents' meeting in early Aug.) which includes all meets, apparel, and season awards.
