ROASTING AND PACKAGING
Students roast a variety of coffee, including beans from Columbia, Guatemala, Brazil, El Salvador, Ethiopia, and Tanzania.
At the Summit Coffee Project, students design their own logos and package their own coffee. We weigh and measure our coffee with care, grind a portion of our roast, and then pour half a pound into each bag. We place our signature sticker and logo on the bag and label it with the orgin and date or roasting, to keep you informed.
