Now, let' s talk about the year ahead! Hopefully, you are actively engaging in your classes and already feeling challenged by some of your instructors. Our program is designed to provide a more rigorous platform for students at the high school level. We have staffed our Early College Department with amazing people and they have many tools to assist and guide every student. We love what we do here and our hope is that you have the best year yet!

How many years at Summit? Two
Future Goals? Career of Interest? I've thought about joining the Firefighting/EMT program at Chemeketa, but really, any career that lets me help people who need it would make me happy.
Favorite thing about Summit Learning Charter? A few of my favorite things at Summit are all the unique people you come into contact with, the classes available, and of course, the incredible staff.
Favorite hobby? Extra-Curricular Activity? I enjoy hiking, watching vine compilations, and trying to catch up on my sleep.

Favorite thing about Summit Learning Charter? I really appreciate the schedules we can build, earning dual credit, and my advisor. Summit treats you like an adult and they do so with respect and understanding.
Favorite hobby? Extra-Curricular Activity? Either being outdoors in nature, or hanging out with friends.
Favorite Hero? I'd have to say it is my mom. She has had such a big impact on me actually doing this early college thing that it is just unreal. Every time self doubt would inevitably creep it's way into my head- she was there to metaphorically slap the sense back into me.
Three words that describe you? Determined, smart, and good natured.

Future Goals? Career of Interest? I have many goals in life, but to start out small, I plan to receive my Associates Degree alongside my High School Diploma. After another 5-6 years of schooling, I will be graduating law school and begin to pursue the career path of a District Attorney. After serving my time in the District Attorney's office, I hope to be nominated as a Federal Court Judge.
Favorite thing about Summit Learning Charter? Summit Learning Charter has given me the two things that high school never could: time, and independence. With Summit, I'm able to choose what classes I want to take, and how many I want to take; giving me the opportunity to graduate with two degrees, which in all, saves me an abundance of time. Not only does Summit provide a great opportunity, but they also provide a great staff. I am very thankful with the advisor I get to work with, and without her, I would be lost.
