2024 Volleyball Tryouts

• Tryouts - 8/12/23 - 8/14/23 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm 

  1. Anyone interested in trying out must attend all tryouts dates.  

  2. If you have an EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCE conflicting with tryouts please email Cynthia Durloo summit.tigers.volleyabll@summitk12.org. 

  3. Please note that school starts 8/26/2024 so we are starting 2 weeks ahead. In the past, we started 1 week and 2 days before the 1st day of school. Now we start 2 full weeks before school starts.

  4. All past players should know they must attend tryouts and no trips should be planned during tryouts or season. 

  5. PLEASE NOTE: School starts 8/26/2024 - our first game will be before school starts. 

  6. Register for tryouts here 2024 SHS Tryout Registration Please register even if you are unsure so that you receive communication.  

  7. Plan to show volleyball skill, team work effort, physical endurance, positive attitude, mental toughness, coachability, discipline.  

  8. If you make the team plan to be in attendance for all volleyball over the entire season including school breaks. C and JV will be done at the end of October.  Varsity can run into mid - November.
