JD Belanger is a former Naval officer who has worked around the globe managing commercial facilities. 

Rachel Austefjord studied Real Estate at CU Boulder (Go Buffs!) and focuses on Marketing, Leasing/Sales, and is heavily involved in the Commercial Brokers of Boulder. 

Jim York has over 20 years of commercial property management experience and started the Emerald Real Estate Group in 2007 where he completed more than 350 transactions before moving over to Summit Commercial. 

Jacqui Sigg works with her family managing a portfolio of residential properties and has experience in the corporate commercial REIT industry. 

Kyle Conarro is a CU Buff Alumni with an emphasis in marketing. He has extensive experience in utilizing this degree for several agencies and managing several programs.
