I have a Masters in Library and Information Science from Rutgers University, a Masters in Middle School Education (grades 5-9 focus) from Lesley University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rutgers University. Prior to my current position, I was a library media specialist here at Lawton C. Johnson Summit Middle School, as well as at Brayton and Jefferson Elementary Schools. I also taught 7th grade ELA at Roosevelt Intermediate School in Westfield.

Classroom Expectations:
Be respectful, responsible and proactive.
Take care of yourself. Take care of each other. Take care of our classroom.
Be on time. Please be prompt! If you are late to class, you must have a pass.
Be prepared. Preparedness includes your Chromebook fully charged, materials, assignments, and attitude.
If you want to be heard, raise your hand. If you listen to others when they speak, you will find they will do the same for you.
Ask permission to leave the classroom. You MUST sign out.
Do your BEST everyday! It is expected. Please do not let me down.
