Welcome everyone! I am the school counselor for both JPC and Jefferson Elementary. This is my 8th year in Summit and 14th overall as a counselor.Â
As the school counselor, my priority is ensuring that our students feel safe, happy and included when they come to school. My goal is to work collaboratively with administration, staff and families to make sure our students have a positive and successful school experience.
Counselor requests may come from students, teachers, administrators or parents/guardians. I will also be doing classroom lessons every month on different topics, small social skills groups and meeting with students individually.
