My name is Molly Malkinski and I am thrilled to be a part of the LCJSMS Counseling Team!
About me:
I attended Montclair State University for my undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in gender, sexuality, and women's studies. I, then, completed my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Student Assistance Counselor Certification from Monmouth University. While in my graduate program, I specialized in Ecotherapy and thoroughly enjoyed my work with school-aged populations. This work allowed me to hone in on the importance of early intervention, hence, my decision to work with children in the school setting.
Outside of the school setting, I also work as a Licensed Professional Counselor in a private practice. During the summers, I am a counselor for Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth. In my free time, I love to travel, be outside, listen to music, go to concerts, and spend time with friends and family!
Let's have an AWESOME year together!
Warmly,
Ms. Mal
