Hi, I'm Ms. Hitchen and I am your 6th grade math teacher!  I graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education.  This will be my 10th year teaching math at LCJSMS (three years in 7th grade and seven years in 6th).  In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, doing all sorts of puzzles (this is why algebra is my favorite type of math), rooting for the Devils, and dancing!  I have a very cute bunny at home named George.  No, I can't bring her into school...she doesn't like people :).  That's enough about me, for now!  I'm looking forward to getting to know each of you, too!
