Dear Parents,
Welcome to our Remote Learning Website that has been put together by our dedicated staff members who lead our instruction and technology efforts. Please check in here often, as the information will change as we learn more and are able to provide additional learning resources. Thank you so very much for taking a personal interest in your child's education. We all are experiencing a steep learning curve as we adapt to remote student learning and I ask for your continued support, cooperation, and patience .
We are very proud of our students' accomplishments this year and regret that our school year has been interrupted by the COVID 19 Pandemmic throughout our country. With the recent closing of our buildings, we want you to know that your child's safety is of the utmost importance to our school district and we remain dedicated to providing the best education for your child.
We hope that you will take advantage of the valuable resources that we have provided and ultimately find success in supporting your child's continued education at home. While there is nothing better than the educational experience provided by our outstanding teachers, we are going to do our best to use our teachers skills to virtually guide and enhance your child's learning experience. We have worked very hard to get ready for this experience and our teachers are excited to take on this new adventure.
The Tennessee State Board of Education will meet on April 9, 2020, and it is expected that some critical decisions and considerations will be given to issues such as credits, graduation requirements, and other critical factors as we move forward. As always, please consult our website at www.sullivank12.net for our most updated information.
If you have questions or just need a hand with assisting your child, please click to see a list of counselors and administrators who are willing and happy to help.
Thank you,
David Cox, Ed.D.
