Athletes must get Athletic Clearance each school year before participating in a sport. The packet below must be completed and turned in to Ms. Rahna in the Main Office.  Once it has been verified that everything is complete and the student meets the eligibility requirements, a blue card will be issued to the coach. An athlete isn't allowed to participate in practice or games until a blue card is issued to the coach.  Please keep in mind that it may take 24-48 hours to process.  Generally the turnaround time is shorter than that, but please don't turn in a packet and expect to be at practice that same day.  It is possible, but not guaranteed.
