Natalie Bunta is originally from Westchester County, NY and is a graduate of the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam. There she received a Bachelor of Music in Music Education degree with concentrations in voice and special education music.
While at SUNY Potsdam, she was selected for several academic awards and scholarships based on high academic standing, such as the Music Education Departmental Scholar Award and the Carolyn McCorkle Clark & William A. Clark Outstanding Future Teacher Scholarship. She was also the Music Director for Clarkson University's A Cappella group, Golden Knotes, Historian of Crane Chorus, a Music Teacher for the Jamaica Field Service Project and a member of the Pi Kappa Lambda National Music Honor Society. In addition to teaching, Natalie has performed in a number of musical theatre and opera productions with the Crane Opera Ensemble and SUNY Potsdam's Musical Theatre Association.
In Natalie's spare time, she is a member of the Chamber Choir of Cappella Festiva. She is also passionate about the outdoors. She enjoys hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, running and skiing.
