Hank is my four-year-old miniature schnauzer with a big personality packed into a small body!
Hank is also part of our classroom family. His photo is on our Morning Meeting whiteboard, where he shares his "Bark of the Day." Some days it’s silly, some days it’s sappy, and some days it’s just his way of saying hello.
This playful ritual brings a smile to the start of our day, sets a positive tone, and gives our class a lighthearted moment to connect, build community, and strengthen our sense of belonging before we begin learning.
Ask your child: "What did Hank tell you today?"
