Looking to gain more SAE hours. Earn a minimum of two hours per hike. 15 hikes in all for a minimum of 30 SAE hours. See web site or Dr. LaFlamme for more information about the hikes.

HILLTOP FARM (Suffield) SAE IDEAS:
1. Raspberry patch - Student can start by maintaining the patch. They can then advance the project to selling the raspberries at the Creamery. Learn how to preserve the raspberries. The direction would be up to the students interest.
2. Blueberry bushes - Like the raspberries, students can start by maintaining the bushes and then advance to selling and/or preserving.
3. Apple Orchard - Again, students can start by maintaining the trees and then advance to other aspects of apple production based on their interests.
4. Adopting and Maintaining one of the many gardens on site.
5. General landscaping maintenance.
