B I E N V E N I D O S

Es todo un placer ser su maestra de Español este año!  Estoy muy emocionada de conocerlos y poder explorar el mundo  latinoamericano juntos.

Class Overview:  

Everyday, we will work to practice and strengthen the 4 major language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing as we enrich our cultural knowledge of the Hispanic world and prepare for the Check point B Final Exam.  You are expected to come in prepared  to speak formally and informally in Spanish so that you can express your needs, desires, opinions and preferences in Spanish and thus hold conversations with increased clarity and precision as time goes on.  Active participation and willingness to make mistakes are key in this learning process so you are encouraged to take risks and find your voice as you communicate in Spanish, learn new language concepts and enrich your cultural appreciation.
