📚 ParentVUE: Your Family’s School Information at Your Fingertips!

As we begin a new school year, we want to make sure Sudley families have easy access to important information about their students. One helpful tool provided by Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS) is ParentVUE.

ParentVUE allows parents and guardians to stay connected and view important student information, including:

📚 Class schedules and teacher assignments
📊 Grades and academic information
📝 Attendance
💉 Immunization records
📄 Report cards and other important documents
📋 Back-to-School information and forms
🍎 Meal balances

💻 How Do I Access ParentVUE?

You can access ParentVUE online or use the ParentVUE mobile app.

If your child is already enrolled in PWCS and you do not have a ParentVUE account, contact your child's school to request an activation code.

New PWCS families create their ParentVUE account during the student registration process.

🔧 Having Trouble? Try These Quick Fixes!

Forgot your password?
Go to the ParentVUE login page and select More Options → Forgot Password, then follow the instructions to reset your password.

Never activated your account?
If your child is currently enrolled in PWCS but you have never activated ParentVUE, contact your child's school for assistance and an activation code.

You can't see your child's information?
Make sure you are signed into the correct PWCS ParentVUE account. If information is still missing, contact your child's school.

The app isn't working?
Try closing and reopening the app, checking for an app update, or accessing ParentVUE through a web browser instead.

Still having trouble?
Your child's school is the best place to start for ParentVUE account assistance. PWCS also provides technical support for password and technology-related issues.
