All students are encouraged to participate in private lessons at Curtis Middle School. In Sudbury, we are fortunate to have fantastic artist-educators who are available for after school lessons at Curtis. 

All levels of music learners can benefit from private instruction that allows them to grow their technique and musicianship at an individual pace. Students are able to study advanced techniques on their instrument, prepare high level music for district auditions, and explore improvisation.  

Private lessons are offered for all students grades 4-8 in the Sudbury Public Schools. Lessons take place after school at Curtis Middle School. Check the private lesson forms below for documents pertaining to registration, schedule, and teacher availability. 

Students who participate in Jazz Band and Select Orchestra must enroll in private lessons during the school year.
