About Our Event
The Swarm Battle of the Bands is a showcase of work created and produced by Shenandoah University students across all majors, genres, and disciplines!
Contestants will compete in a talent show format, with one act ultimately winning the grand prize of free studio time with a producer of the act's choice (check our producers out HERE). A panel of judges made up of faculty and students will give constructive feedback after every performance. After all of the acts have performed, the audience will vote on their favorite act to choose the winner!

Where is the event taking place?

Where can I park?
A: The best parking? In the Brandt Student Center/Armstrong parking lot!
Will there be concessions?
A: Oh yeah! Due to COVID-19 restrictions, concessions will be pre-packaged and available for purchase from our Swarm Concessions Stand.
Do I have to buy a ticket?
A: Nope! Admission is free, however, donations to the Swarm label are greatly appreciated! :)
What kind of performances can I expect to see?
A: Our contestants come from many different background and perform in many different genres! Expect to see a little of everything! All content is college appropriate, so bear this in mind when deciding to bring your young kids (if you have any questions regarding this, reach out to Swarm HERE).
