STVPS PTA - Christmas Fair

Entrance Tickets

Our Christmas Fair is on Saturday 30th November 2024 – 2-5pm and we are all getting very excited about the fabulous event we are planning for all of our families! This year we are going with a Christmas Market style theme in order to maximise the space available to us on the day, so while there will be plenty going on inside - please WRAP UP WARM for outside activities!

Tickets will be available on the door but pre ordering really helps us to prepare for expected numbers and avoid food waste.

Santa's Grotto Tickets are £4.50 - HERE - numbers are limited and these tickets will sell out!

There will be sessions throughout the afternoon (2-5pm) where your child will visit Father Christmas with a group of their school friends. Father Christmas will read all of the children a little story & there will be time for some photos with each child. Children will also receive a very small gift.

Following on from the success of our Summer Raffle we are busy beavering away to secure as many prizes we can for you all! Grab your tickets now HERE to avoid missing out on your chance to win big!!

Volunteers

As you know, it is impossible for us to run this event without YOUR help, we need as many volunteers on the day as possible to help run the stalls & set up!

If you can help, please add your full name to this spreadsheet - if a slot is taken please do not edit or move anything around – just contact us if you notice any clashes on pta@stvps.co.uk. Even giving just ONE hour of your time on the day would be so very, very appreciated.

Donations

As always we require donations from our wonderful parents for our Stalls – please read the allocations to year groups for what we are kindly requesting!

Please can we ask that Nursery & Reception sweet donations and Year 5&6 Bake Donations are NUT FREE.

Mufti Day - Bottle Tombola Donations

All children are invited to wear their own clothes on Friday 29th November 2024 in exchange for bottle donations for the Bottle Tombola. Please note that these donations need to be a drink you would like to win, please do not donate shower products, Alcohol & Soft drinks only.
