We are really excited to announce the return of the Sponsored Fun Run on Friday 19th September!  The children will be taking part in a Sponsored Fun Run during the school day to raise money for the School.  They will receive celebratory ice cream afterwards!


This event was a smash hit last year and helped the PTA to raise an amazing amount of money for the School - last year we used a lot of the funds to support the OPAL project.


The PTA are thrilled to be working with Coach Brown for this event.  The distances for runners will be split into 3 groups: 



The run will be for all abilities, the children will be supported by staff and the PTA throughout the run and the aim will be to finish, even if you walk.  It isn't about the fastest time, it's about working as a team to get the distances covered and raise money for our school.  Please encourage your children and reassure them that this event will be really fun!  


On the day of the Fun Run we ask that all children wear their PE kits and come to school with their water bottles, a hat & wearing suncream. 


As always we appreciate your support in helping your child/children to gain sponsorship from family, friends and the local community.   These funds are vital to our fundraising goals.  Click here to see our fundraising goals this year. 


There will be two ways to collect sponsorships, online or a cash sponsorship form.  Sponsorship Forms will be distributed to your child on Friday 5th September, please can you arrange for completed forms to be placed in a sealed and clearly labelled envelope with the correct money and returned to class Teachers on Monday 29th September 2024.  Additional sponsorship forms can be downloaded at the bottom of the page.


Alternatively, please follow the instructions below to set up your own JustGiving sponsorship page for your child to gather online sponsors - N.B You only need one page per family but you can have one for each child, this will require you to complete this process again for each child.

Step 3:

WELCOME BBQ & St Vincent's 60th Celebrations


On Friday 26th September we will be hosting a BBQ in the KS2 Playground from 3:30pm to celebrate the children’s fun run achievements, to get together, welcome new families to our School and welcome each other back after the summer.  


We will also be taking this opportunity to celebrate St Vincent’s 60th Anniversary!  This will be a relaxed event with food, drinks and music. 


For this event we will be offering reduced ticket pricing, £4 for adults & £2 for children tickets, with both options INCLUDING a delicious meal.
