AP SCHOLARS RECOGNIZED
This month we recognized 77 students (40 from the Class of 2026 and 37 from the Class of 2027) who earned AP Scholar honors from the College Board based on their outstanding performance on Advanced Placement exams taken in May 2026. These students earned AP Scholar recognition by achieving qualifying scores on three or more AP exams. Students and their families joined us for our annual AP Scholars Awards Breakfast before the scholars were recognized in front of the entire student body. Congratulations to our AP Scholars on this outstanding achievement. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to academic excellence make us proud!

IRISH FAMILY CAR RAFFLE - STARTS MONDAY!
Our Fall Irish Family Car Raffle, in partnership with the VanDevere Automotive Family, is kicking off this upcoming Monday, October 12! Tickets are being sold for $10 a piece, and our goal is for each student to sell at least 20 tickets. Students who reach the 20 ticket goal will have the opportunity to win gift cards, a dress down day and so much more! New this year are specific incentives for athletic teams and clubs, with a cash prize being awarded to the top selling team and club.
The Irish Family Car Raffle has officially moved to the fall after taking place in the spring last year. The earlier timing gives students the opportunity to raise money for their teams and clubs at the start of the school year, giving programs funds to plan and budget for the year ahead!
Each student will receive a personal raffle link that can easily be shared with family and friends through text, email, or social media.
When a ticket is purchased through a student’s link, the purchaser will have the opportunity to direct the proceeds to a specific STVM program, including athletics, clubs, and the performing arts. Every ticket sold helps support the programs and activities that bring the STVM experience to life.
Important Dates:
■ Raffle Launch: October 12
■ Raffle Ends: November 20
■ Drawing: December 2 during halftime of the Varsity Girls Basketball game vs. Walsh Jesuit
More details and student raffle links will be shared on Monday!
