St. Vincent-St. Mary High School is excited to welcome Dr. David Brown as the new Director of Sports Performance. With more than 25 years of experience in elite athlete development, strength and conditioning, and high-performance training systems, Dr. Brown brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the Fighting Irish. He will work alongside Sports Performance Assistant Nick Fornoff to continue enhancing the growth, development, and success of STVM student-athletes. 🍀💪 

Sydney Ferguson VM28 has been invited to attend the USA Basketball Women’s U18 National Team Trials in Colorado Springs, Colorado from May 29 through June 1. The prestigious opportunity places Ferguson among the nation’s top high school players as she competes for a chance to represent Team USA internationally this summer. Her invitation highlights both her individual accomplishments and the continued excellence of the Fighting Irish girls basketball program. Congratulations to Sydney on this incredible achievement!

The official start to the cross country season will be the summer sessions beginning on Monday June 22nd. More details on the summer sessions will be given out to those that fill in the spreadsheet.

Everyone is welcome to train with the XC team even if you are planning on participating in another fall sport.
