STATE SCHOLARSHIP REMINDERS
Families that received reminders at Curriculum Night about State Scholarship paperwork, please return the required documents to the Business Office by September 9, 2024. Your student’s scholarship amount may be reduced by the ODEW, daily until all paperwork is complete. Any loss of funding will be invoiced directly to your tuition account in Blackbaud. Your student's scholarship cannot be distributed from the Ohio Department of Education until we receive the required acceptance form.
Forms not returned by Sept. 9, 2024 may result in full tuition being applied to your account in the October billing cycle. Families not in attendance at Curriculum Night, information has been mailed to your home address.
Scholarship award letters with acceptance forms from The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce are being sent to families with completed paperwork. Some families may have received these letters twice. You do not need to return both; one is sufficient. EdChoice Expansion families, if you have not received an award letter, please log into you OHID portal to see if there are any issues with your Income Verification.
As always, all ODEW paperwork must contain a "wet signature". Typed or electronic signatures are not accepted. The letters must be signed and returned to the front office or scanned to statescholarships@stvm.com. Proper paperwork and acceptance letters are necessary for scholarship monies to be applied to tuition accounts. Forms linked below:
