Please be sure to log in to Blackbaud and sign off on the required forms including the 2024-2025 Parent-Student Handbook and the 2024-2025 Chromebook and Acceptable Use Agreement. In order for the forms to be submitted, one parent and student both must sign off electronically. Otherwise it will continue to say that the forms must be submitted. Click here to log in. On Monday, 9/16 we're excited to welcome photographer Carol Malick, who will be capturing all the wonderful learning and activities happening in our classrooms. Please remember the uniform dress code, act natural and continue with your regular school routine. The photo sessions will be brief, lasting about 3-4 minutes in classrooms. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in ensuring these moments are captured smoothly and without disruption. Thank you for helping us showcase the amazing educational environment at our school!

At St. Vincent-St. Mary, the safety and security of our students, faculty, and staff are a top priority. As part of our ongoing review of daily operations, we are committed to identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure the safest possible environment for everyone. As part of our commitment to campus safety, we are making a small adjustment to our check-in procedure for students arriving after 8:00 a.m.
Students will continue to enter the building through Door 6 (the designated student entrance) until 7:59 am. and Door 12. However, starting Monday, September 16, 2024, the student entrances will be locked promptly at 8:00 am and remain secured for the rest of the school day.
Students arriving late (after 8:00 a.m.) will now need to check in at the main office entrance on Maple Street. This entrance has additional security features, including a monitored entryway staffed throughout the day and a second set of locked doors before the entrance to the school building. These features help us ensure a safe and secure check-in process for all students and visitors.
We understand that changes like these can sometimes be an adjustment, but please know that they are made with your student’s well-being as our top priority. This enhanced procedure will help us further ensure that all students enter the building safely and that we maintain close control over campus access throughout the day.

All attendees will receive a commemorative Hoop Collective gift bag with show merchandise. Before the show, all attendees will have the chance to meet Brian and his co-hosts, plus take a once-in-a-lifetime photo in the LeBron James Arena.

The STVM administration may approve spirit dress down days for the entire school or as a reward for specific clubs, teams, grade levels, etc. Students may wear STVM t-shirts, sweatshirts, and official BSN team gear, bought through the STVM bookstore or approved by administration. No alterations, added lettering, or designs are permitted. Students not participating must be in regular school attire. Regular uniform attire is required per the dress code for pants, skorts, shoes, etc.. No bare midriff/short shirts that show the waist are permitted. All shirts must have sleeves.

The Parents Club is looking for both parent and student volunteers to assist at the Mum Sale pick up on Saturday, Sept. 21 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For students, this will go towards your required volunteer hours. If you can't help for the whole time, please just list which hours you can help when you sign up.

All K-8 students are invited to the awesome youth nights planned at STVM! All kids receive FREE ADMISSION. Students are encouraged to show their school/team spirit by wearing their school’s spirit wear or jersey.
Each night features great giveaways, fun activities, snacks (hotdog, drink, candy) and special VIP treatment! Come learn a cheer and perform with our cheerleaders, participate in a high-five tunnel with our players, and enjoy all the fun activities that make this night extra special!
