1. Overview 

The International Symposium on Advanced Technology (ISAT) is an annual joint academic conference organized in rotation by four partner universities:

Kogakuin University of Technology and Engineering (Japan),

Danang University of Science and Technology – The University of Danang (Vietnam),

University of the Philippines (Philippines), and

Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan).

ISAT-25 warmly welcomes presentations from students, faculty, and researchers affiliated with these four universities. The symposium serves as a platform for academic exchange and collaboration across diverse fields of science and engineering.

2. Eligibility

Undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and researchers of ISAT member universities.

Collaborative submissions with external researchers are welcome, provided their affiliation with a member university is clearly stated.

3. Main theme of ISAT-25

Innovative Application in Artificial Intelligence and Sustainable Technologies

•    The abstract template (MS Word format) will be available for download from the ISAT-25 website starting July 1, 2026.

•    Please prepare your abstract according to the formatting instructions provided in the template. The length of the abstract should be 1 to 2 pages, with a maximum of 6 pages if necessary.

•    Step 1: Pre-entry is required before abstract submission. Please complete the pre-entry registration through the ISAT-25 website by August 20, 2026.

•    Step 2: All submissions must be completed via the designated web submission system. Please submit both the MS Word file and PDF file of your abstract. Submission Deadline is August 31, 2026.

•    No registration fee is required for participants from ISAT member universities.

6. Review Process

The submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the ISAT Program Committee. While the acceptance rate is generally high, submissions are evaluated based on clarity and academic significance.

7. Student Awards 

Outstanding student presentations will be recognized with awards based on academic quality, clarity, and contribution.

8. Publication

Accepted abstracts will be published online with an ISSN.

10. Language

English is the official language of ISAT-25.

Both the abstract and the presentation must be in English.

Note: No interpretation service will be provided. Presenters are expected to deliver their presentation in English.
