決賽：

報到時間: 13:45~13:55

決賽者需於2026年5月11日(一)中午12:00前將簡報內容(僅收.pptx檔案)上傳至Google 表單， (表單開放時間2026/4/16~5/11)。
決賽當天參賽隊伍訂於比賽場次開始前15分鐘攜帶學生證至比賽地點辦理報到並完成出場序抽籤，未於期限內完成報到者，視為棄權。
- 最慢請於13:55前完成報到與抽籤。
參賽者須全程參與競賽至各組頒獎結束。
拿手機或講稿上台者扣總分10分。
簡報時間限制
- 簡報時間為4分鐘為限，3分鐘鳴鈴1聲，4分鐘鳴鈴3聲立即結束簡報。超過時間4分鐘或少於時間2分鐘者將扣除總成績5分。
2026年5月6日(三)或5月8日(五)下午將會開放參賽者預約測試麥克風與簡報檔案。(確切時間將會提前寄信通知預約，請參賽者隨時注意學生信箱)

The finalists should submit their PowerPoint slides (PPT) for the final on the Google Form by May 11th, 2026. The filename extension should be “pptx”. (The form is set from 2026/4/16 to 5/11)。
The finalists should check in with their Student ID cards and draw lots 15 minutes before the contest. Those who fail to check in and draw lots within the deadline will be considered withdrawn.
- All finalists must complete check-in and lot drawing by 13:55.
All the contestants must be in the contest hall during the whole contest.
Ten points will be deducted from the total score if the contestant brings mobile phones or reads notes on the stage.
Presentation Length
- The presentation should be within a time frame of 2 to 4 minutes. A bell will ring once at 2 minutes, and three times at 4 minutes. The presenters must conclude the presentation immediately and leave the stage at the 4-minute mark. Exceeding the 4-minute time limit or falling below the 2-minute threshold will deduct 5 points from the overall score.
Teams can test the microphone and PPT in the contest hall on the afternoon of May 6th or May 8th, 2026. Please make an appointment with the Center for Bilingual Education if you want to rehearse at the contest hall. If there’s any change in the time and the date, team leaders will get a notice. Please check your STUST email regularly.

報到後等候現場工作人員指引進入T0004簡報室就座。Seat yourselves in the seats reserved for your team.
出場前依指示到預備區就坐準備。When called, move to the waiting area.
比賽當天簡報檔案會事先存於桌面，不得自行攜帶。The PPT file will be preloaded on the computer. You can't bring your one file on the contest day.
簡報結束後請回到座位直到比賽結束。Return to your seat when you finish your presentation.
