1. 下載摘要投稿資料表。
   另存新檔，檔名: 通訊作者姓名-Abstract Submission Form (e.g., JohnRogers-Abstract Submission Form)
   通訊作者姓名-検討会摘要(例：山田太郎－検討会摘要) 

2. 投稿語言：
   Track 1: AI與日語教育與文化領域
   Track 2: AI與英語教育領域: 中文、英文
   Track 3: AI與幼兒保育領域：中文、英文
                 AI與高齡照護健康/福祉領域： 中文、英文

3. 投稿摘要與關鍵字請用電腦文書編輯，並填在摘要投稿資料表對應的欄位中。

格式要求: 

中文： 文字大小12pt，字型為新細明體，單間行距。摘要包含3-5關鍵字。請勿超過800字。摘要內文中請勿出現作者姓名。

英文：文字大小12pt，字型為Times New Roman，單間行距。摘要包含3-5關鍵字請勿超過800字。摘要內文中請勿出現作者姓名。

日文：文字のサイズは、12ポイント。フォントはMS明朝体で、シングルスペースで書いてください。キーワードは、３～５字。800字は超えないでください。また摘要内は、作者名を書かないでください。

4. 摘要內容須包含:

   1. 研究背景與目的

   2. 研究方法

   3. 研究結果

   4. 結論

   5. 您可以加入1-2個圖表，但請勿附上參考書目

5. 本研討會包含口頭發表及海報發表兩種形式，請在投稿人資料表中註明想要發表的類型。(實際發表類型會依審查結果調整)
   5.1 接受特殊狀況之線上口頭發表，請在投稿人資料表中註明特殊狀況

6. 請以將填妥的摘要投稿資料表以附件方式email寄到：

   信件標題註明: [投稿AI智慧產業發展與人才培育國際研討會]聯絡作者姓名-論文篇名。

Submission Guidelines

1. Download the Abstract Submission Form. Save the file as Name of the Corresponding Author-Abstract Submission Form (e.g., JohnRogers-Submission Form)

2. Language regulation for each track is different.
   Track 1:AI and Japanese Language Language Education & Culture：               Chinese, English and Japanese
   Track 2: AI and English Education: Chinese, English
   Track 3: AI and Childcare：Chinese, English
                 AI and Senior Health Care/ Well-being： Chinese, Japanese               and English

3. Your abstract and keywords should be filled in the corresponding fields in the Abstract Submission Form. It should be written in English and typeset in 12-point Times New Roman, single-spaced, anonymous. Each abstract must not exceed 800 words including 3-5 keywords. 

4. The content of the abstract should include background & purpose, methods, result(s), and conclusion. You may include one or two figures if necessary, but do not include any references.

5. The conference includes paper sessions and poster sessions. Any preference for oral or poster presentation could be specified in the submission form, and it will be decided based on the review outcome.
