The Harvest Festival is an annual tradition at St. Ursula School and is an event the entire St. Ursula Harvest Festival community looks forward to each year. The Harvest Festival includes fun family games, crafts, delicious food, prize wheels, and much more!

50/50 Raffle Tickets

This year's Harvest Festival will include our annual 50/50 raffle. Each family will be given tickets to sell. Tickets will be coming home with your child soon. If you would like additional tickets, please let the office know. Please send the ticket stubs (the portion with the buyer’s information) and money back to the school office as soon as possible. Also, please label the envelope: Harvest Festival 50/50 Raffle.

Commemorative T-shirt

Join us in celebrating this year's Harvest Festival with a commemorative t-shirt! This shirt is 100% cotton. Students who order may wear this on Thursday, October 8th and be out of uniform. Cake Donations

Earn 1 hour for each of the following: 1 cake, 24 cupcakes, one 13x9 pan of brownies. (Limit 4 hours from baking items for Harvest Festival) Homemade items only! – No store-bought items count toward service hours. 

Attending the Festival:

Thursday, October 8th - Students will attend the festival during their assigned time below. Parents/guardians who will be attending Harvest Festival with a student on Thursday, October 9th, will need to enter school through the playground doors to receive an identification badge before attending the festival. If you have previously visited the school and have had your ID scanned, please complete this form so that we can print your badge before the scheduled event: https://forms.gle/AUncvcA4yRho85XX9.

• PK & K 8:45 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.

• Gr. 1, 2 9:55 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

• Gr.3, 4, 5 11:10 a.m. -12:15 p.m.

Friday, October 9th - The festival is open to the public from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.

NEW Additional Details for Arrival & Dismissal Procedures
For arrival and dismissal procedures, including videos, please visit: Arrival & Dismissal Procedures. PK arrival and dismissal will be discussed at Gradual Entrance. Please be reminded that dismissal now begins at 2:45 p.m. The dismissal groups are based on student’s last names and are as follows:

• A-Dr: 2:45 SUS Lot

• Du-Sc: 2:45 St. John’s Lot

• Se-Z: 2:55 SUS Lot (Please do not arrive before your scheduled time, so we can clear the parking lots.)

Please be reminded that all of the parking lots are not available until 2:00 p.m. If you arrive before this time you will be asked to move your vehicle. Please share this information with whoever is picking up your child.

If you are unsure of the status of your VIRTUS training, please contact Ms. Sampson at asampson@stursula.org. You must be approved by her before you begin volunteering.
