Our third annual Volunteer Fair was a great success, with over 150 students attending during their lunch last Thursday, October 23. At the fair they were able to visit booths of 17 different local non-profit organizations who are looking for volunteers or interns. Students learned about the organizations and the opportunities they offer. We are so proud of our students for getting involved in our Cape Cod community!

The show chronicles the true story of the women who were poisoned by radium while making luminous watch dials at the American Radium Corporation in the 1920's. We hope you will come see this powerful, fabulous show!

Sturgis wants to remind families that we have a free Food Pantry for any families in need. Students can access food items to bring home at any time. Parents wishing to visit the pantry or pick up a bag of groceries on Friday afternoons can contact Lisa Colby or their school counselor. Other resources include:
Barnstable County Food Resources/ Family Pantry of Cape Cod/ Friends Food Pantry (Bourne)
U.S. News and World Report's 2025-26 public high school rankings identify Sturgis as the #4 public high school in the state, #158 in the country, and #38 charter school nationwide!
These rankings recognize and reflect our staff, students, parents, and trustees' commitment to our mission of IB For All.
