Massachusetts State Seal of Biliteracy!
Sturgis Charter School will continue to offer students the opportunity to earn the Massachusetts State Seal of Biliteracy! The Seal of Biliteracy recognizes students who demonstrate proficiency in English and another language. 12th grade students interested in participating can find more information about the Seal, including eligibility requirements and how to sign up, linked here. We’re excited to celebrate our multilingual students and all that they can do!

We've just learned that U.S. News and World Report's 2026-27 public high school rankings identify Sturgis as the #9 public high school in the state, #252 in the country, and #58 charter school nationwide. Of special note is that Sturgis is ranked #47 for all schools in the country via the college curriculum breadth index.
