Senior Diploma Names

All seniors have been emailed a form to fill out regarding how their name will appear on the diploma.  The deadline  to complete the form is November 8th.  If the form is not submitted, we will use this format: First Name  - Middle Name- Last Name.  A high school diploma is a legal document and therefore, only legal names are permitted.

Cape Cod Community College will Visit Sturgis

Cape Cod Community College will visit the East Campus on November 20th at 11:35. This is a great opportunity to speak to a 4C representative and hear about the opportunity to attend college for FREE.

If you are interested in attending, please let your counselor know so we can get a rough head count. We will share room location once we are closer to the date. 

Early Action College Admissions:

With Early Action college admissions deadlines starting November 1, the school counseling team wants to share some important financial aid information. Financial aid deadlines are often similar to admissions deadlines, so don't wait to start the financial aid application process. Missed financial aid deadlines mean less financial aid! John and Abigail Adams Scholarship Awards

Award letters for the John and Abigail Adams Scholarship are being distributed to students today. Please remind your senior to check their email for this important notification. These scholarships are awarded based on MCAS scores and offer financial support for students planning to attend a Massachusetts state college.

All Cape Open House

Seniors! There will be an ALL CAPE OPEN HOUSE at Cape Cod Community College on 12/6, from 9-12. This is a great opportunity to tour the campus, hear about their programs, and learn more about how to attend college for FREE! 4C's will provide lunch, and we will be providing transportation to and from school. Please let your counselor know if you would like to attend, and we will send your guardian a permission form. 

2024 Senior Photo Information

Senior portraits and write-ups for the yearbook are due by 11/30/2024:

• Please submit 3 photos of yourself for your senior page:

• 1 formal, 1 casual, and 1 baby photo

• Images should be a minimum of 300 dpi, and vertically oriented.

• Files should be saved by the student’s name as follows:
