If your child needs a work permit over the summer, please remember that your district public school is also able to provide work permits. Check their website for details.
If you want Sturgis to issue your permit, please refer to these instructions.
Please remember that you if your child has medication in the health office, a parent/guardian or designated adult will need to come pick up the medication. The only exception to this is for inhalers, epinephrine delivery devices, and diabetic supplies which can be picked up by your child from the nurse on their last day of school. Otherwise, email your school nurse to arrange a pick-up time. Any medication that is not picked up, and/or if you have not contacted the nurse to arrange pick-up by the end of the day on June 24th, then your child's medication will be disposed of. Thank you!
