Parents- we do not deliver food or beverages to students in classes.
If you are dropping off food for your student, we will keep it in the office until lunch time.
As a reminder, per our Student Handbook, we do not allow Uber Eats or other food delivery companies to bring food to the school for students.

Please join us for a Virtual IB Parent/Guardian Information Session on the evening of Monday, March 2nd from 6:00-7:00 p.m. This is an evening designed for you to gain more insight into the exciting opportunities and expectations facing your child and to help you understand the role you play in supporting your child as they travel the educational journey through the IB program. A brief presentation by IB Coordinators will be followed by a question and answer session with a panel of Sturgis East & West Juniors and Seniors.

This meeting is for the parents/guardians of students at the East and West campuses. All sophomores will experience the same IB Information Session in person at school during the 1st double block on the morning of March 3rd at each respective campus. All 10th graders will receive a paper copy of their course selection form at this time.

Sturgis Auction Donations Needed
We’re excited to announce our upcoming SPA Auction, our biggest and most important fundraisers of the year — and we’d love your help!
We’re currently collecting donations for the auction and are looking for items such as gift certificates, services, experiences, baskets, or unique items big or small. Every contribution helps support our students, teachers, and school programs in a meaningful way.
If you or your business are able to donate, we would be so grateful. Donations are tax-deductible.
If you’re planning to donate or will be securing a donation for the school, please fill out the Google form included below. All donations must be submitted to the school or a SPA member by 3/13. Thank you for supporting our school and helping make this event a success!

Students who are writing IB exams this year (all grade 12, some grade 11) should be aware that Mock Exams are April 7-10, 2026 and IB Exams are April 27-May 20, 2026. Full details can be found on the Sturgis IB Office website. Please ensure your student will be in school on all of these dates. Elective appointments or engagements (e.g. dentist, vacation) should be scheduled for other times. If you have any questions, please contact Camille Manrique, IB Coordinator at cmanrique@sturgischarterschool.org
