Dear Camilla Families,

I can’t believe it’s already October! September flew by, and we have a busy month ahead with Thanksgiving and Halloween at the end of the month.

Please mark your calendars for our PD day on October 19, when there will be no school for students, and our School Council meeting on October 20. We welcome families to join us and stay involved in our school community.

Volleyball is in full swing! Our junior and senior teams are doing well and getting plenty of opportunities to practise, compete, and grow together. Thank you to our coaches, staff, and families for supporting our athletes.

Looking ahead, our parent-teacher interviews will take place during the first week of November. We’ll send out a registration link near the end of October for families to sign up. We look forward to connecting with you to celebrate students’ progress and discuss how we can work together to support their learning.

As Thanksgiving approaches, I want to thank our families and staff for everything you do to make Camilla a welcoming and supportive place for students. Wishing everyone a wonderful October!
