ASK-BIO Workshops
Level One is a 2 hour professional development workshop. After completing the workshop you will have developed skills with backwards design, writing and aligning learning objectives, utilizing effective test strategies, improving accessibility and item writing.
Level Three is for participants who have demonstrated advanced skills in assessment design including up to 6 hours of professional development. After completing level 3, you will have demonstrated skills in developing higher order assessment items, writing and critiquing assessment items and converting open ended assessment items to closed response.
Level Two includes 2 additional hours of professional development. After completing the workshop you will have developed increased skills with item analysis, test construction and alignment, creation of aligned item sets and improving assessment accessibility.
