Studio XXII in San Antonio, TX was founded in 2022 as a DBA of Lifestyle Advocates LLC (formed in 2012), Studio XXII's mission is first and foremost recognizing that each individual is unique, and each offer a unique story.
Studio XXII's goal is to help each client regain their confidence and or reduce the need to apply cosmetics on a daily basis (who has time for that!?). Permanent cosmetics can also help correct the visibility of hair loss, scars, and restore color to lips that have lost color due to aging.
Studio XXII is owned/run by Maria "Saidy" Munoz, who has been in the beauty artist industry since 2018. Maria is Studio XXII's Master Artist certified in Microblading, Eyeliner, Lip Neutralization, Scalp Micropigmentation, Saline Tattoo Removal, Stretch Mark & Scar Camouflage, and so much more.
Studio XXII also offers fine line tattoos and custom tattoos. Studio XXII is MORE than just permanent cosmetics.
Maria attending as a speaker at War Esthetics on the benefits of including permanent cosmetics as a luxury service add-on to esthetician list of services. Studio XXII offers discounts to ANY Esthetician that signs up for Permanent Cosmetics Certification(s).

This is where it all started after taking in several models! I rented a suite in Salon's by JC the Forum location, suite 22 (ironically the same name for Studio XXII founded in 2022). I was in the suite for 1 year, until I realized that owning my own location was best for my busy lifestyle running another DBA. I also knew that to be successful in any business you have to keep up with an ecconomic shift. In order to continue to invest/build Studio XXII clientele and brand, a change had to be made.

In the beginning of 2023, "Project Shed" was created. This was the beginning of OWNING the studio and eliminate the overhead from renting. The savings of overhead elliminated debt and I have to admit, a load of stress! The thought of converting a shed into my personal studio was nerve wrecking and exciting at the same time. In the back of my mind, there was a possibility of losing clientele due to the location.
Fast forward to now May 2026, Studio XXII has been and continues to be very successful in its new home! Serving clients in San Antonio, TX and from different cities in Texas including Austin, Dallas, and Houston!
