Dress rehearsal & Class Picture Details 

WHEN IS MY PICTURE TIME?

Check your event confirmation for drop-off and pick-up time (listed in the notes next to your class time). This was emailed to you and is also viewable in your Parent Portal by clicking on “View My Performances” in the top left navigation. You can also view the class list below.

Can dads and dancers have their picture taken?  YES, when registering your dancer you will add on the dad dance picture option.  They will get their picture taken when she is there for her group. Remember to bring your concert shirt and black bottoms for our dancer.  Dads will wear their concert shirt and Levi pants and tennis shoes. 

WHEN DO WE PICK UP COSTUMES?

Mark your calendars now! Costume drive-through pick-up will be at the West Murray Studio (170 W Winchester St):

• Saturday, May 20th, 10:00-2:00pm

• Tuesday, May 23th, 6:30-8:30 pm 

WHAT DO WE DO NEED TO DO ON PICTURE DAY?

To keep dress rehearsal and picture day running smoothly and organized please follow our drop-off and pick-up plan. 

• Please use the rear drop off to the venue.  Enter the parking lot, head along the north side of the building, and drop off in the rear.  Our staff will be waiting to greet your dancer and escort them into the building.

• Be on time and ready to go. Dancers will exit their car with hair, makeup, dance shoes, & costume on.

• Parents will NOT exit the vehicle, they will proceed to the parking lot where they will wait for pick up.

• Dancers will meet their teacher and stay with them the entire time for rehearsal and pictures. 

• Parents need to wait for dancers in the parking lot/car. 

• At pick up time, move your car to the north side of the building and form a line along the sidewalk to the rerear and wait for us to load

• If you need to help your dancer buckle up, pull forward around the circle and then get out to help them.

• If dad is participating in a photo, please arrange for him to bring his dancer to picture day.  He may park in a stall and enter the building with his dancer throught the rear entrance.

• We appreciate your help to make the picture day run smoothly!

RECITAL ROSES & GIFT ORDER FORM- DUE BY JUNE 3: We are excited to offer recital gifts for dancers!  Order roses, dance bags, stickers, and dance notes for the program. Payment is due at the time your order is placed. Orders will be available for pick up at the concert.

PRACTICE VIDEOS: Teachers would LOVE to have their students practice at home using videos and music as much as possible.
