Concert #2 Details

DANCERS ARRIVAL TIME ON SHOW DAY IS 11:15AM

STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO ARRIVE IN THEIR FIRST COSTUME

WITH HAIR AND MAKE-UP DONE.

IN HAND SHOULD BE YOUR HANG BAG WITH CONCERT SHIRT.

THE TERM "COSTUME" INCLUDES ALL COSTUMES, ACCESSORIES, TIGHTS, AND SHOES.

PLEASE NO EXTRA ITEMS BACKSTAGE!

STUDENT CHECK-IN AND PICK-UP

CHECK-IN

  • STEP 1: ONE Parent or guardian will bring their dancer to the dancer drop off

      • When coming to check in your dancer is 100% ready with hangbag in hand

  • STEP 2: ONE Parent or guardian will check the dancer in and the dancer will be placed under the supervision of their class volunteer. A class volunteer, and or teacher, will walk your child and their costumes to their assigned dressing room.

      • Dancers will receive a wristband correlating to their volunteer. This needs to be worn the enitre show.

PICK UP

    • After the concert is over ONE parent must report to their designated check out area for pick up,

        • Students are checked out by class and will come out with their costume bag and award

        • Dads participating in the show will proceed with their dancer through check out

IMPORTANT POLICIES REMINDER:

  • Parents are NOT allowed in the dressing rooms.

  • STUDENTS WILL REMAIN BACKSTAGE FOR THE ENTIRE CONCERT PERFORMANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    • Special Note: Please do not attempt to pick up your child during the performance. All students will be under the supervision of responsible adults and will be safe for the length of the show. The dressing rooms will be stocked with various activities during the duration of the show.
