Angela Rooney

My name is Angela Rooney and I am the Assistant Principal of Booker T. Washington Elementary. I taught in the primary grades for 11 years and was an instructional reading coach. I hold a Master of Education in Administration & Supervision, a Master of Education/Curriculum & Instruction, and a Bachelor of Science/Logistics Management.

I have a love of learning and want to inspire others as a Learning Leader at Booker T. Washington Elementary.

I believe students will move mountains when given high expectations, a loving and safe environment, and held responsible for their choices. I look forward to watching your children grow and learn. Thank you for entrusting your children with us.
